Consistent yoga and meditation practices reap amazing personal benefits but stopping there can leave a feeling of emptiness and longing. Through these practices we release what is stuck within both mind and body, connect with soul and cultivate energy.

And this energy begs to make a difference.

I care deeply about moving our practice from our mat into our community which is why I talk about yoga, meditation

and action.

Bhavana Holland provides opportunities for you to care about people, invest in our planet and nurture peace.

*Though I've linked the books to their Amazon description, please support our local bookstores!

If you live in Holland, Reader's World will order any of the books listed below if they don't have them in store for no additional cost.

If the shorter, darker days of winter offer you a little more time to cozy up with a book, I encourage you take this season to expand your understanding of race, ecology, and the yogic path with suggestions, straight from my own bookshelf, that have shifted the way I experience and understand the world.
